Appartement chaleureux et personnalisé on se serait cru chez nous !!, tout le confort y était (ustensiles de cuisine, séche-cheveux, fer à repasser...), déco super sympa,vue magnifique. Your apartment is well renovated and equipped and has a really good situation: short way to walk around in the city or take trams, metros or trains to the surroundings - and still in a quiet street and house. Le quartier Le quartier est très agréable, à la fois calme et central et il dispose de superbes points de vue sur la ville. Il se situe à 2 pas de castelo de sao jorge et à 5 mn à pied de Baixa et 10 mn du Chiado. A 2 mn a pied de l'appart il y a 2 resto-Bars très sympas qui offre 2 très belles terrasses avec vue sur le tage et la ville. Le tram 28 passe très près de l'appartement (5 min à pied). 2. L'appartement L'appartement est parfait: très propre, on s'y sent bien et il dipose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Pedro vous offre 2 bouteilles de vins pour votre arrivée, très sympa! Et ses parents qui vous acceuillent vous raccompagnent aussi à l'aéroport pour votre départ! "It was a lovely stay in April this year - a piece of cosy modern living in an absolutely Portugese dwelling house (tiles, supernarrow staircase and all). Smart details and smart layout made this a fun place to stay. A short walk to the tram or a stroll downhill to the flea market - or just wandering in the neighbourhood backyards. A bizarre detail - absolutely no local taxi driver had no idea where Rua Bartolomeu de Costa was situated - even if the address was written down or shown on map. Saying it's near the Sapadores could help, though. Would love to come back someday soon..."

Très propre et gréable, manque juste d'un peu de rangement entre autre pour ranger valises et manteaux. Environnement un peu bruyant (escalier très sonore). Bonne vue côté cuisine et salon. Pas trop loin du Rossio, dix minutes à pieds (en montant des marches) ou par le tramway. Sèjiour très agréable, enchantés d'avoir découvert la merveilleuse ville de Lisbonne et ses environs. A refaire en espérant bénéficier d'un temps plus clément !!"

Did not like about apartment: It was a bit smaller than it looked on the website, especially the balcony.

Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer war nur 1,90m lang mit Fußteil. Daher hatte mein Mann Probleme darin zu schlafen. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Bettgröße angegeben würde, gerade für große Menschen.

Rating5 out of 5 Extremely satisfied Upon arriving at the apartment I was extremely happy, beautifully furnished, better than the pictues suggest on the web and very clean, it offers a truely Parisien experience. In is situated in an excellent location, close to everything yet nice and quiet. Joseph the owner was particularly helpful and available to help if necessary. Would have no hesitation in staying in this apartment again, in fact I look forward to it!!

Few days away My husband and I thought that the apartment was just as delightful as the description and photo's showed. We found the owner very kind and helpful with any addional information to help your holiday go well. The situation was perfect for our needs and would certainly stay there again. C & M in the U.K.

L'appartement cumule tous les avantages : très bonne situation dans le quartier de l'Alfama, dans une rue calme (pas de circulation automobile); petits commerces très proches, transport en commun (bus) à deux pas, qui permet ensuite d'aller facilement où l'on veut.En ce qui concerne l'appart', la description est conforme à la réalité. Il est très bien équipé, nous a permis un séjour à trois personnes sans problème, ... Il faut préciser que l'escalier y menant est vraiment raide (nous étions prévenus), il faut en tenir compte si l'on vient avec un jeune enfant. L'accueil, en français, a été charmant. Nous louerons ce logement sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Lisbonne !!!"

Weekend in Paris Every time I travel to Europe I always rent an apartment or villa and by far this was, one of the nicest ones I have rented. Exactly how the apartment was listed on the internet was how we saw it, in fact it's nicer in person. The detail to the apartment was above and beyond. These are the type of qualities I seek when renting. The apartment was very clean, the owner provided soaps in all the bathrooms( a plus) we even had a cappucino maker and Joseph the owner provided coffee, not to mention the bottle of free champagne. It was these little touches that made our stay delightful. The location was amazing, we could walk to most major sights and most importantly it was in a great neighborhood (metro one block away). I felt extremely safe to come and go from the apartment any time of the day. I can't say enough about the owner Joseph who always responded to my emails promptly or would even call me to discuss any concerns or questions I had prior to our stay. Upon our arrival he took the time to explain everything and would also answer any questions I had once we arrived. He made it a point to go out of his way to make dinner reservations and reassured me to call if I had any concerns. The apartment was above and beyond my expectations and I would recommend any one to rent this apartment . You will not be disappointed. I hope to travel to Paris soon again in the future and I hope Joseph has the apartment available to visit once more.

Perfect in every way! The apartment was Perfect and idealy suited for myself and 2 friends. It is in a central location with many beautiful apartments and galleries close by. Even the Predential Palace was one street over. The metro was easy to use and the stop so convenient to Joseph's apartment, only a block away. The apartment itself was very elegant and had many beautiful paintings throughout. It was clean and comfortable and a nice respite after a long day of sightseeing. The champagne provided didn't hurt either! What you see in this ad is what you get. There were no surprises and that says a lot. Thank you Joseph for a wonderful stay in Paris and for your hospitality. We hope to return someday and would definitely reserve your apartment again. Debbie, JoAnn & Vicki

Excellent Apartment! This is an amazing apartment in an excellent location. We were able to get everywhere we needed to by either walking or the undeground, which is very close to the apartment. We stayed here with 4 adults and had no problems. The pull out sofa is actually very comfortable and the kitchen was very nice to have. Joseph met us at the apartment when we arrived and we loved our free champagne! I would definitely stay here.
